The newly built cultural complex is located in Xiangyang, Dongjin District, which is set to become the future central hub of the city within the next five years. The cultural complex serves multiple functions, including a city library, a bookstore centre, a conference centre, and an exhibition hall. The total gross floor area (GFA) of the building is 55,000 square metres, offering a spacious and dynamic environment for cultural, educational, and business activities.
