The goal of this design is to transform the elevated ground floor of the building into a multifunctional recreational center for the residents. The mini mall will offer a variety of everyday essentials, creating a space that fosters community interaction and engagement.
It includes functions such as a social breakout area for relaxation and socializing, a DIY workshop for hands-on creativity, a self-use kitchen center that encourages communal cooking and shared meals, and a flower café where residents can enjoy a peaceful moment surrounded by nature.

One of the most innovative aspects of the design is the integration of the “city farm” concept into the northern side of the building. This section will feature a carefully designed grid platform, which will be used as farmland for the urban residents.
By providing this space, the aim is to allow city dwellers to grow and cultivate their own food, connecting them with nature while living in an urban environment. This initiative not only promotes sustainability but also offers residents a unique opportunity to reconnect with the natural world, creating a harmonious balance between urban life and nature.
